Marcus Hill hosts his first neighborhood wing cookout in Gun Barrel City, TX. 40 people show up. Every last wing is devoured in under an hour.
Wings over Opens
We officially opened our doors at 1380 W Main St. The first day sold out within three hours. We knew we were onto something special.
Sauce Lab Launched
Our dedicated sauce development kitchen, the "Sauce Lab," opens. We introduce 12 signature sauces and begin shipping nationwide across the United States.
Online Ordering Launch
Wings over launches its digital ordering platform, expanding reach across the United States. Online orders grow 300% in the first year alone.
